Victoria Walker is an award winning Web developer and instructional designer. She consults and provides workshops on developing useful instruction, and designs multimedia projects, instructional materials, and Web sites. Some of her interests include emerging technologies, virtual environments in higher education, learning theories, educational technologies, distance education, ePortfolios, and Web design and development.

Victoria currently works as a Web Developer and Instructional Designer at Regent University. She assists institutions in bridging the gap between providing information and designing meaningful instruction.

In addition to currently earning her Ph.D. in Education with a double concentration in Higher Education Research & Institutional Planning and Distance Education, she has a Master's Degree in Educational Technology, a teaching certification, and several technology certifications.
