Electronic Portfolios

Electronic Portfolios (ePortfolios) offer many advantages for today's education institutions and for individual career planning. While still in school, having a well designed portfolio can show skills, reflection, and learning outcomes. In the market place an excellent portfolio can serve as an effective tool for annual reviews or it may serve as a leg-up on competitors for sought after positions.

I work with individuals, companies, K-12 schools, colleges, and universities to help them develop techniques to implement various types of portfolios. My specialties are the student reflective portfolio, which is an excellent source for teachers and parents wishing to view and assess student learning outcomes and meet accreditation requirements, the career portfolio, which can be used by college students entering the competitive job market or job searchers hoping to obtain advancement, and the faculty portfolio, which is an excellent method for faculty to reflectively review their skills and provide a visual review of their work for prospective students, university administrators during annual reviews, or accreditation agencies.
